瑜伽的姿势练习和呼吸练习可以清洁身体内部,恢复精力,使身体强壮灵活,还能平复情感,使人在简单的生活中体味幸福。
以简单易学的方法与大家一同练习,调整身体和心态,从而达到预防疾病和身心健康的效果,建立起快乐健康的生活方式。
