when the trumpet opens its overture
a cry out loud--let

When reading the title I was thinking something was delivered to your home.
Now that after reading the poem, it seems like a successful buy of an instrument.
"let sign and date", does that mean you sign and date the purchase?

是有些字面外別的意義。
baby 可以是嬰兒，delivery 也可以是生產。
trumpet 是發生的彎道（喻女人的產道）。
生產是要喊叫的，嬰兒的第一聲也是。 
人其實也是個instrument, 英文上有這樣的用法的。
父母要簽名的。

Totally missed the metaphor! Just felt "cry out loud" a kind of strange describing an instrument if not used as personification. haha...
