第五站：西门帮耶稣背十字架
The Fifth Stop: Simon helped Jesus Carry the Cross

如果你是西门，你会不会远远躲开
或者紧闭自己家的大门
从门缝里幸灾乐祸地偷窥？
如果你是旁观者
你会不会举起拳头，高喊“打倒”？
你会不会冲上去打耶稣一个耳光
或者使劲啐一口唾沫？
押解者强迫你背十字架时
你会不会战战兢兢地
从口袋里掏出银钱，求他们放你一马？
If you were Simon, could you escape far away
or shut your door
peep gloatingly from the crack of your door?
If you were a bystander,
Could you raise your fist, shouting “subvert”?
Could you rush to slap on the face of Jesus?
or spit onto Jesus wildly
If the escort people forced you to carry the Cross
Could you take money out of your pocket
to beg them to let you go gingerly?

你起先并不乐意，你有安逸的生活
背十字架不是你该受的惩罚
更不是你的选择
但既然背上了，十字架的灵魂
就悄悄潜入了你的身体
你突然发现自己爱上了十字架
爱上了身边这个替全人类背负苦难的人
爱上了他的伤口
他的血
At first you were unwilling, you lived an easeful life
It wasn’t your punishment to carry the Cross
It wasn’t your choice even more
But since you were carrying the Cross,
the soul of the Cross slipped into your body quietly
And you found suddenly you loved the Cross
loved the person who carrying the suffering for mankind
loved his wounds
his blood

几次拿起圣经，又几次放下。惭愧。

"you lived a easeful life " 冠词有误。

“It wasn’t your punishment to carry the Cross “ 和原文意思有出入。

”gently ” 可能 "quietly" 更恰当些。
