太多的水
厘不清
是幸福的花，还是痛苦的泪
涌向北大西洋，加勒比海，墨西哥湾
还是美国的大巴掌
一条三文鱼
误入热带雨林
英文，西班牙语，汉字的舌头——
累加
这片土地的苦辣——
原住民
已被西班牙殖民者屠戮殆尽
仅留存下
瓦拉德罗所在省和省府的名字：
马坦萨斯——
割头
这个动作
被某抵抗部落
施加于
河中央的西班牙殖民者
什么是古巴的全民体育？

Too much water
Blurring the lines:
Are these blossoms of blessing, or tears of torment?
Surging toward the North Atlantic, the Caribbean, the Gulf of Mexico
Or the giant palm of the United States.
A salmon
Straying into the tropical rainforest
Tongues of English, Spanish, and Chinese characters—
Accumulating
The bitterness and spice of this land—
The indigenous people
Massacred to extinction by Spanish colonizers
Leaving behind only
The name of the province and its capital where Varadero lies:
Matanzas—
Decapitation
This motion
Inflicted by a certain resisting tribe
Upon the Spanish colonizers
Stranded in the middle of the river.
