children wear hideous masks
to hide
their innocent faces

adults wear innocent masks

Thank you Lake. You are right. "Wear" would be a better choice considering its Chinese counterpart.

I can never think of using "All hell breaks loose"! I like how the words "hide" and "hideous" are used.
