吃对了,就会美丽! 美国健身杂志(Fitness)从一系列的研究结果中总结了7种超级食品有助于减少皱纹增进弹性,维持皮肤年轻健康。

石榴 (pomegranates) --- 含高量维生素C,有助于防护紫外线引起的皮肤皱纹。石榴籽含高量抗氧化素ellagic acid和一种叫 punicalagin的超级营养成分。Punicalagin 可能会有协助机体保存胶原蛋白的功能。

建议:每周吃一杯量的石榴籽

蓝莓 (blueberries) --- 好吃的蓝莓是抗氧化素含量最高的食品之一。 抵抗自由基对皮肤的破坏是保证皮肤年轻的根本。

建议:每天吃一把(半杯的量)

菠菜和西兰花菜 --- 这些蔬菜含丰富的植物营养素 (phytonutrients)、胡萝卜素(beta-carotene) 和叶黄素(lutein), 赋皮肤于弹性。

建议: 每周争取吃三次。

冷水鱼类 (cold-water fish) --- 沙丁鱼、三纹鱼(salmon) 和 青鱼(mackerel) 含丰富的omega-3 脂肪酸, 能增强细胞膜功能,从而加强保湿能力。

建议:每周吃两次 (不要超过6盎司,以防水银(mercury)污染。

橄榄油 --- 含丰富的人体必需的不饱和脂肪酸,包括omega-3, 有助于血液循环,保持皮肤光亮的色泽。

建议:每天一勺。

这些食品都是维持健康的最佳食品,对皮肤的作用只是一小方面, 所以不管要不要美容都应该多吃。而对皮肤来说,

最重要的还是不要多晒太阳(很多防晒霜都是对皮肤有害的),不要乱用护肤品,更不要去美容院频繁做脸。
