我想制定个每周<斑竹值班表>和值班规定是有必要的. 我可以草拟个每周<斑竹值班表>和<值班规定>. 另1.可以不定期搞临屏诗赛或在大节日搞会员诗歌活动. 2.是每月在网上开个斑竹会议,总结每月论坛工作，安排下月工作.
