其一深山孤冢境幽幽，草自萋萋水自流。一代才华乘凤起，百年事业获麟休。文章憎命青衫湿，衣钵传真绛帐悠。碑碣常留人共仰，姚公墨迹亦千秋。注：碑文为姚鼐所书。其二先生千古一奇才，文起桐城八代衰。浩气长存弥广宇，风骚独领化惊雷。浮山记述春光永，枞水诗吟曙色开。生我不辰徒怅惘，望天礼拜有余哀。注：墓地离我家仅二里之遥。 _________________ 不求闻达壑岩栖，苦守田园学赋诗
