代洪進撰營口港鼎銘東方佳港，營口唯譽。鮁魚新灣，既美且麗。水深且緩，行走無虞。複接三省，往來利濟。開闢以來，百有餘紀。行商客賈，不絕於縷。既吞且吐，今則逾億。皇天玆厚，速此偉績。率土之人，莫不奕奕。中交一局，亦樂其與。願襄共舉，再接再厲。天水為鑒，永此情誼。鐘陵許蔚 2007.9.14 9:38
