七律 夏末感怀

酷暑渐消终入秋，凉风扫去热烦愁。
残荷虽谢莲留韵，新月初升天挂钩。
遥望故乡山影换，横漂海外水波流。
纷纭世事如烟散，浊酒一杯荡晚舟。
