每天晚上坐在屋前陪妈聊天聊一些家长里短聊一些新闻趣事聊一些亲戚朋友的最近情况聊一些体育健身的好处谈如何健康饮食谈走路做家务对身体健康的好处谈吃水果多饮水对身体的好处谈现在人科技发达幸福健康长寿谈得越多妈越讲得多人也变得灵活开朗起来（浙江、叶英儿）
