When reading the title I was thinking something was delivered to your home.
Now that after reading the poem, it seems like a successful buy of an instrument.

是有些字面外別的意義。

baby 可以是嬰兒，delivery 也可以是生產。
trumpet 是發生的彎道（喻女人的產道）。
生產是要喊叫的，嬰兒的第一聲也是。
人其實也是個instrument, 英文上有這樣的用法的。
父母要簽名的。

Totally missed the metaphor! Just felt "cry out loud" a kind of strange describing an instrument if not used as personification. haha...
