讓·德·拉·封丹（Jean de la Fontaine，1621年7月8日-1695年4月13日）是法國古典文學的代作之一，寓言詩人。他的作品經人整理為《拉·封丹寓言》，與古希臘著名寓言詩人伊索的《伊索寓言》及俄國著名作千克克勤克儉雷洛夫所著的《雷洛夫寓言》稱為世界三大寓言。主要著作有《寓言詩》《故事詩》《普敘赫和庫比德的愛情》等。他被19世紀法國著名文學評論泰納譽為“法國的荷馬”。雨果的《巴黎聖母院》以及莫泊桑的《一生》都提到他是法國古典文學作中著名的詩人。

Jean de La Fontaine (UK: /ˌlæ fɒnˈtɛn, -ˈteɪn/, US: /ˌlɑː fɒnˈteɪn, lə -, ˌlɑː foʊnˈtɛn/, French: [ʒɑ̃ d(ə) la fɔ̃tɛn]; 8 July 1621 – 13 April 1695) was a French fabulist and one of the most widely read French poets of the 17th century. He is known above all for his Fables, which provided a model for subsequent fabulists across Europe and numerous alternative versions in France, as well as in French regional languages.

After a long period of royal suspicion, he was admitted to the French Academy and his reputation in France has never faded since. Evidence of this is found in the many pictures and statues of the writer, later depictions on medals, coins and postage stamps.
