天元帝，又稱元益宗，名孛兒斤·脫古斯鐵木兒，父為元惠宗（妥歡帖睦爾），兄為元昭宗（愛猷識達臘）。他於於1378年即位，年號天元，1388年遭阿不哥裔也速迭爾襲殺，死由兒子思卓圖繼位。
