　　天元帝，又稱元益宗，名孛兒衹斤·脫古斯鐵木兒，父為元惠宗（妥歡帖睦爾），兄為元昭宗（愛猷識裏達臘）。他於於1378年即位，年號天元，1388年遭阿裏不哥後裔也速迭爾襲殺，死後由兒子思剋卓裏圖繼位。
