Shang Qin
The Fugitive Sky
The face of the dead person is the marsh unseen by anybody
The marsh of the wasteland is the escape of some portions of the sky
The fugitive sky is brimming with roses
And the spilt roses are falling snowflakes
The uncrystallized snowflakes are tears in the vessel
And the rising tears are the strings under strumming
The fondled strings are the burning heart
And the burnt heart is the marsh wasteland
The Giraffe
That young jailor found that each time the prisoners go through a medical examination
Their stature grows month after month behind their neck, and he reports it to the head jailor
“Sir, the window is too high!” And the answer he received is:
“No, they are looking forward to the years.”
The kindhearted jailor, knows not the appearance of years, knows not the native place of years, and knows not the whereabouts of years; still he goes to the zoo night after night, under the fence of the giraffe, patrolling, watching.
