我是一只蜗牛，我抗着坚硬而又沉重的壳，我到的地方，它总是要跟着去。除了把它当作床，我再也没能用过它。我觉得它给我带来了沉重的负担，于是，我把它给丢了。我是一只蜗牛，我丢掉了我那大山似的包袱，于是我到的地方，再也没有了壳的踪影。只有睡觉时会偶念，别无他恋，抛弃了连累的纠缠，幸福的歌谣便久荡耳边。我是一只蜗牛，我甩掉了我那坚硬而又沉重的房子，没有它的连累，我便在这大好山河四处观光。当我滑到鸡舍门前，我却成了它的美餐，悔恨丢壳时渺茫的错见，谁能还我身体的完全？ _________________ 心到、意到。
