晨报记者朱国荣报道 躺在病床上的小英（化名），右手只能一直举在头顶上而不能放下，因为右侧乳房长得像篮球一样大，重达10公斤。昨天，记者在黄浦区中心医院乳腺外科见到了这位特殊病人。

　　现年15岁、在南通住校上初中二年级的小英至今清楚地记得，去年12月下旬在学校上课时，自己右侧乳房不小心撞到了课桌角，起初只是感到形成了一枚硬币大小的硬块，有点疼痛，并没有引起注意。到了第二天上午，硬币一样的硬块发展成馒头般大小，而且还发了39.6℃高热。

　　他们一家三口在前天来到本市求医。黄浦区中心医院乳腺外科主任包家林告诉记者，小英的病因还是一个谜，包家林准备请本市数家医院专家大会诊，再确定手术方案。
