锻炼身体 / 张瑞和我住在最底层一楼每天不忘登上顶楼手捧着诗词书画边走边瞅一个时间要取多个丰收一层一层不停地登走小腿肚疼得咬舌头人问我为什么自找罪受为把顶楼的风光享有轻松不花力气的一楼排不出臭汗会让身体早朽达到永葆青春健康长寿是我生生不息的追求 4.23.2015凌晨
