想着在一个单位混得不顺风顺水就想跳槽那要有个目标你要去的单位比原先好或职位比原先高不然你还是在原单位呆着有时只有留你处的只有一个单位现在人才济济找工作难找到一份稳定的工作难就象是婚姻有摩擦你不会去离婚而是慢慢地磨合不断地跳槽那没有积淀不会有成就事业是一点点积累的不可能一步到位所以我们只能踏踏实实地干才能有所收获而不能不断地跳槽（浙江、叶英儿）

一年半时间跳了六次槽作者根本不知道什么是工作跑来谈“跳槽”真有点好笑 _________________ 每个诗人都很重要
