高度的挑战
—在星星眼里，地面上的五尺和七尺根本没什么区别
明明知道不可能
他还是将手
高高兴兴地伸向
天上的星星
这是唯一的姿势
他无须
踮起脚尖
VERTICALLY CHALLENGED
knowing it's impossible
he still joyfully raises his hand
and reaches for the stars
this is the only posture
that does not require him to stand
on tiptoe

Hi, Lake. This was an assignment poem for our poetry workshop. When I translated it into Chinese, I added the subtitle to avoid any possible confusion. Maybe I don't really need it.

我加上"唯一"主要是为了加强语气,虽然我们日常生活里还有许多无需踮起脚尖的姿势.

个人的解读偏好，我觉得“唯一”是有“视觉“加强效果的，
手指与脚尖借此连接，意象上构成的一条线。
（把身体拉成唯一）
这条线是可延长的，“不可能”与“无需”
说明心底，愿望或释怀，线有延伸性。
