【人月圆】明眸斜阳一带春将晚，初霁雁栖洲。纤风弱柳，桃花戏水，烁若明眸。佳人无觅，阑干谁拍，冷落云楼。几人真识，浓浓愿意，淡淡闲愁。【人月圆、青衫湿】又名《青衫湿》。《中原音韵》入“黄钟宫”。四十八字，前后片各两平韵。【定格】中平中仄平平仄，中仄仄平平（韵）。中平中仄，平平仄仄，中仄平平（韵）。中平中仄，中平中仄，中仄平平（韵）。中平中仄，平平仄仄，中仄平平（韵）。
