事在人为是许多人的常识但还是有许多人不明白这个道理总等着天上掉下馅饼万事万物就有了变化许多事做了你就知道原来事情是这么简单并不如想象的复杂和不可能古代认为女人不能做皇帝但现在女性当总统也比较普遍以前洞头还有保留着女子不能到渔船的封建思想现在女子不但能统治国家还架飞机飞越千山万水这都是社会进步及事在人为的改变一个人的能力是在事在人为后发现的一件事情能否成功能成功多少也是在事在人为后才知道的所以不要怕困难险阻要事在人为（浙江、叶英儿）
