许多人都在考虑退居二线后干什么,其实很多的人还很想发挥余热,于是有人选择在企业里,继续工作,有人作伴,热热闹闹过一段日子,也有人,去做生意,赚点钱,即可消遣日子,也可实现人生价值。
有人说退居二线是最舒服的日子,工资照常拿,又有空余时间搞自己的业余爱好。有人去垂钓,有人去旅游,有人去访亲探友。退居二线后干什么,首先要调整心态,一般退居二线后,手中就没有什么实权,不要再居高临下,指挥别人,所以要一切随缘,不要再以自我为中心,不要处处教导别人,不要再高调处事。如果有什么爱好,要多多去做,从中获得乐趣,这也许是你事业的又一开端。人总是要老的,权利是一时的,世上没有开不败的花朵,所以要趁着好机会,好时光,休闲自乐,发挥余热,把退居二线的日子过好。
