in winter's bitter cold and frosted air
you are a pure plum blossom
bringing forth your heavenly sweet smell
in a spring's brook, clear and fresh
you are the softly dancing ripples
carrying my thoughts to the ocean of love
in the burning hot summer sun
you are the much needed rain
ripening apples and nourishing my heart
in a golden and cool autumn
you are the crisp and gentle wind
rustling maple leaves in love's melody
dear, you are my dream, and all my seasons
you and your love are my life's sole reasons |
