编制土地利用规划虽说没有学过绘画但在大地的画布上我们用青春的色彩涂抹着绿水青山涂抹着城市和乡村时髦的流行色不等于现代画派的风情当代意识的构思不会再让灰暗的线条显现愚昧和粗野也不可能再斑驳我们的思维让一切结束再让一切重新开始让发展在欲望中骚动让生存在情爱中永恒让历史永远在心中沉淀我们每一笔的涂染都是一组活脱脱的图象基本农田和建设用地搭配的世纪风彩不可能在我们的笔下褪色该固定的就让它永久该挪开的就让它消失用银色画月亮让环保的意识溶入百川用金色画太阳让丰收的希望披满山峦把耳朵贴近草叶我们采集呼吸提炼画画的颜料画田野逶迤着灿烂到公园里散步让城市与乡村不再为界址争吵把一部分幸福埋入温柔的土壤让后人有发掘的力量虽说没有学过绘画但在大地的画布上我们用青春的色彩涂抹着绿水青山涂抹着城市和乡村让基本农田和建设用地在吸饱阳光雨水的秋天探出头来缠绕着我们所画的景致
