要大家互相回贴，其实也容易。明确论坛规则，取得共识，定个指标。如：发一首自己的诗之前，至少评他人的两首（散文、小说等长篇，可评一发一）。把这条列入“发贴必读”。如果只是“欢迎”、“敬请”之类的客气用语，那是个 grey area，网友可理解为可遵守或可不遵守。斑竹要起监督作用，如看到有的网友没有遵守纪律，及时提醒或暂时封帖，直到改正错误后再开封。有些是不知情，情有可原，所以要及时提醒。听起来有点儿 mean, 但管事。我常去的一个英文网站就是这样操作的。看老外叫起真来，毫不含糊。一己之见，E 吐为快。顺祝扭吧弟领导南巡愉快！ _________________ the trouble with poetry is that it encourages the writing of more poetry -- Billy Collins

具体的规则可另探讨，但大体是这样。
