据俄罗斯《真理报》10月16日报道,美国著名亿万富翁乔治·索罗斯认为,中国将是当前金融危机的“最大赢家”,成为新的“金融帝国”。
  
  报道说,索罗斯近日接受了德国《世界报》的采访。在采访中,索罗斯讲了自己对金融危机“根源”的看法,并称抵押贷款泡沫触发了这一危机。索罗斯坚信,这场自上世纪30年代以来最严重的金融危机祸起于金融体制之内,而非外界因素。“经验表明,金融市场往往自失重心。”索罗斯说。
  
  他还说,美国以及欧洲部分国家未来将存在国有银行并背负巨额债务,而中国则将成为下一个全球金融帝国。“美国的影响已渐式微。过去25年来我们的经常账户赤字不断,而中国以及石油生产国却保持了盈余。我们消费了太多,远非我们的生产所及。当我们积累债务的时候,他们却通过储蓄创收。中国将拥有更多的世界财富,因为他们会把手中的美元储备和美国政府债券转化为真实资产。美国在过去25年间犯下的罪恶将促使权力转移到亚洲。”
