將進酒

1.

我對著牆壁
將影子倒進酒杯
直到她滿溢

2.

as I was saying,
spitting out to the glass wall--
saga ways I sin.

ps. line 1 and line 3 share the same char. set.

呵,是不同
一个倒影子入酒杯
一个倒醉话到玻璃壁上

写时没想那么多,后设的解释喽。

Wow, two haikus.

Quote:
saga ways I sin

Sorry, I first read 'saga' as 'sake'. Very Happy

谢谢 蕾珂 与 奇诺, Smile
saga, though sounds like a jap., is an eng. word, or of iceland.
you should be able to find it in a dictionary, saga is not a rarely used word these days, for example in an internet game, or an adventure telling movie, and etc..

here, more like a prose narrative; 我用为“无韵味的唠叨"
Lake's first sight reminds me of the 'phrase' (I made it up)

pour the saga of one's life into surrounding ears

as if a body is a bottle, an ear is a glass,
saga? well, what's in a bottle.

Cool, got a cartoon name here.

Lake's first sight reminds me of the 'phrase' (I made it up)

Somewhat. But then I did look it up.
Well, this saga sounds pretty long then

PS: In everyday English, a lot of native English speakers pronounce -ing as -in, so I can also take this line,

saga ways I sin

as 'saga ways I sing' Laughing

I'm reading Basho's Saga Diary now. So, 'saga' can be the name of a place or a literary term. Very Happy
