ＣＯＳＴＩ有５5年为新移民服务的经验。由２００８年５月２４日（星期六）起举行一个华人长者小组，目的是使长者有更多丰富的社交生活及增加对社会资源的认识。
地点：ＣＯＳＴＩ Language and Skills Training Services Markham, 8515 McCowan Road (Highway 7/McCowan)
时间：逢星期六早上１０时至12时
活动内容：兴趣小组，咨询讲座， 节日庆祝及参观等
参加资格：年龄55岁或以上，懂华语（普通话或 广东话）
