酱香弥漫文/ 山城子老伴儿说整个贵州省的人家就我们还在做酱是的呀！这是辽西的制作工艺今天是最后一道工序我俩悠然到了远古的石器时代阴阳磨盘霍霍如乾坤旋转酱香弥漫了儿时的口味儿太像一集淡淡的黑白抒情片 2008-4-12 于黔中文化村

看得我想起小时候吃自己家用酱煨的肉片,还有酱夹馒头,酱炒青椒颗粒,真是美味啊~妈妈菜问好山城子老师~

我们喜欢用来蘸吃生的蔬菜——大葱、黄瓜、青椒、茄子、香菜、菠菜、韭菜、圆葱、莴苣菜、青麻菜、苦麻菜、想妈蒜……嘿！山珍海味比不上的呀！

想妈蒜没吃过，糖醋蒜吧?这次去阆中,别人给送了几袋千佛泡蒜,呵呵，只敢晚饭吃,白天味道太大了~

想妈蒜——东北俗名叫“大脑瓜儿”或“响马菜”，就是野蒜。
