鉴于愈来愈多的文学爱好者登陆北美枫网站，敬请各位版主和驻站作家注意发现人才，逐步推荐一些文学作品具有较高水准，热爱北美枫网站的优秀作者成为驻站作家。驻站作家同时成为版主和北美华人文学社会员或理事候选人。 1。各位版主或驻站作家参照作者文学作品水准，并同时参照回发帖数量(请参照此统计栏： http://oson.ca/cpoetry/counts.php )将推荐建议贴在驻站作家内部专栏。 2。三名以上版主和驻站作家跟帖复议。 3。文学社将根据大家的建议责成专人向被推荐人发出邀请函，征得同意后公布名单。 4。同时我们欢迎各位作者自荐，请将自荐信发给版主。由版主贴于驻站作家专栏交大家复议。 5。驻站作家需保持一定回，发帖数量。电脑将按其回, 发帖量设置自动评分程序，对驻站作家的得分进行比较．得分最低的，降级到普通网友；得分最高者，进入“迎宾厅”的版主梯队，以听侯安排或自告奋勇到其它版面．感谢朋友们的大力支持。北美华人文学社

支持！同时建议：评论诗友诗作，最好做到：1、说好具体说出哪点好； 2、如提出修改意见价值会更高。只对诗作不管诗名，有时名诗人也写出一般的诗。不要碍于情面，一见名诗人的一般化的诗就习惯性地不加思考地赞美！ _________________ 诗歌是灵魂的歌唱. 周道模
