司马策风独家川菜三碟 ***司马策风（1）凉拌“泽尔根” 备一筲箕山野泽尔根扑面而来你性格的鱼香味拔几颗山坡上的野火葱散发我天马行空的想象的浓香浇几勺你风趣的苹果醋撒一把打情骂俏的蒜末姜粒花椒粉来两羹你我激情勾兑的油辣子食盐的真诚坦白是调和百味的底衬这样浓郁的情调即使不动筷子调情那色香味也熏人醉眼朦胧两腿的钙磷铁刷地全做鸟兽散（2）清蒸小蜗牛挑几颗酒窝的小蜗牛配少许白牙般的百合花瓣倒几杯窖藏多年的男儿激情的红酒在温情绵绵的锅里蓄水你一句我一句的添柴你赞扬我鼓励的煽风点火一早一晚可服吵架后最好多吃绝对稳定情感有益健康不要当众咀嚼最好只有两人品尝（3）五香心脏一副好心安放在你温暖的烤箱加几瓢柔情如水包一袋你的喜怒哀乐忧四眼交流微波频传文火煎熬出阴阳调和的幸福不久心心相应的五味从鼻孔电击周身每个细胞注解： “泽尔根”，一种遍布四川和南方的野菜，通常10-15公分长短，叶绿背红，鱼香味浓烈，开胃健脾，口感清爽宜人，可凉拌，可作汤，尤其拌四川调料生吃，极其美味可口。为餐馆家庭餐桌常备，川人一生挚爱。 2008，12，13 _________________ 《北美枫》司马策风文集 http://www.maplereview.org/best.php?t=8676
