北美文学社与四平市作协友好协作的联合公告为更好的致力于文学发展，推进东西方文化交流，促进文学艺术的繁荣，加拿大北美文学社与中国吉林四平作家协会决定结成友好盟邦，具体约定如下：一、摒弃任何非文学活动，不参加任何具有政治色彩的活动。二、纯洁文学环境，反对一切堕落的，一切偏离文学进步的，消极的因素；支持一切利于文学进步的，一切有利于文学繁荣的元素。三、加大文学社与协会间的双向交流，协商各项发展事宜，适时举办各种文学活动。相互交流信息，互通有无。对文坛上发生的一些重大的事件，达成共识，并相互支持。四、实行《诗沙龙》和《北美枫》两文学刊物的互动，交流优秀作品，共同推动新人的打造工作。资源共享，优势互补。五、协作是开放的，自由的，平等的，有益的，并且是不断拓展和完善的。支持鼓励对方不断壮大，增进类似的友好团体加入。吉林四平市作家协会北美华人文学社 _________________ 为网友服务: 端茶倒水勤打扫!
