　　禀赋本不强，四十已遽衰，
　　药裹不离手，对酒盘无梨。
　　岂料今八十，白间犹黑丝，
　　咀嚼虽小艰，幸未如牛?。
　　昔虽学养生，所遇少硕师，
　　金丹既茫昧，鸾鹤安可期？
　　惟有庖丁篇，可信端不疑。
　　爱身过拱璧，奉以无缺亏。
　　孽不患天作，戚惟忧自诒。
　　挛躄岂不苦，害犹在四支；
　　二竖伏膏肓，良医所不治。
　　衣巾视寒燠，饮食节饱饥，
　　虎兕虽在傍，牙爪何由施？
　　老人不妄语，聊赋养生诗。
