　　休休休歇歇，休休歇歇无分别。
　　千般要妙万般玄，只是教人各休歇。
　　既能休，复能歇，
　　一切情缘皆断绝。饥餐渴饮困时眠，
　　万死千生没交涉。古圣贤，
　　及明哲，一性绵绵周浩劫。
　　光明相照合真空，休歇之余更无别。
　　地狱种，作冤业，
　　六识炽然如火热。立我争人昧休歇，
　　甘受碎身并拔舌。休与歇，
　　真口诀，无愚无智无工拙。
　　从上师真只恁修，不遇知心谁肯泄。
　　休非休，歇非歇，
　　大用现前无扭捏。主张元化绝形踪，
　　囊括虚空超起灭。亦无休，
　　亦无歇，歇歇休休皆强说。
　　欲知真歇与真休，一轮皎洁中秋月。
