　　不降，生卒年不详，泄子。泄病死后继位。在位48年，病死，葬于安邑附近。
　　不降是夏朝第十一任国王。泄的儿子，孔甲的父亲。扃的哥哥。名字一作降。按照竹书纪年的说法在位19年。
　　据说即位后第6年讨伐了九苑。
　　不降晚年，因为儿子孔甲性情乖僻，担心他治理不好国家，决定改变从启以来实行的传子制度，传位于北扃。这种将王位让给兄弟的方式，史称“内禅”。不降禅位后，又活了11年才病死。
